REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY
Refunds are allowed in legitimate cases. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please let us know as soon as possible. We can be reached at info@msmadanenterprises.com, between 7:00 AM and 1:00 AM on Monday -Sunday. A representative will reach out to you, asking for details about the product or any defaults. Your cooperation and support will be greatly appreciated. This will enable us to quickly resolve your complaint.
Only in exceptional cases will the company refund the payment for damaged or defective products. The company will replace the incorrect product or refund the amount if the product is damaged.
M/S MADAN ENTERPRISES cannot be held responsible or guarantee refunds in cases where:
The sender may not have provided the correct address for flowers, plants, fruits, sweets or preserved items.
Delivery failures are caused by the recipient not being at home at delivery time at the address given by the sender, or the recipient refusing the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by the recipient
M/S MADAN ENTERPRISES will issue a full refund in wallet if you cancel your order at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date.
If we are unable or unwilling to deliver all or part of your order (the product, or any substitute product), we will notify you as soon possible and refund your payment for the undeliverable part.
M/S MADAN ENTERPRISES will process your online refund upon receipt of the confirmation by mail or telephone call to the recipient or customer. M/S MADAN ENTERPRISES will process your refund within 10 to 15 business day.
